IM 52 YEARS YOUNG TODAY I FIGURED THIS WOULD BE A GREAT GIFT TO GIVE MYSELF TO BE AMOUNG THE HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL OR SHOULD I SAY ACCEPTED PEOPLE AGAIN
I HAVE BEEN IN THE REATURANT BUISSNESS MY ENTIRE LIFE AS A SERVER.THE LAST 10 OR SO YEARS A MANAGER NOW THAT IM OLDER NO BODY WANTS ME IN THIS FIELD SO I AM NOW A CAREGIVER FOR SENIORS AND THE DISABLED
SINCE NOT BEING IN THE RESTURANTS AND RUNNING AROUND FOR 10-12 HOURS A DAY I HAVE GAINED ALOT OF WIEGHT(AND MISSING MY PROFESSION ALOT!)
SO I AM HERE TRYING TO GET BACK IN SHAPE AND WATCH MY HEALTH AS I FEEL IT HAS DECLINDED SO MUCH THE PAST TWO YEARS IT SUCKS HITTING 50

So a bit of a scare need to do a heart heathy diet not sure what is exactly wrong yet more test to come but was told to drop a few and low salt soooo away ...
