IM 52 YEARS YOUNG TODAY I FIGURED THIS WOULD BE A GREAT GIFT TO GIVE MYSELF TO BE AMOUNG THE HEALTHY AND BEAUTIFUL OR SHOULD I SAY ACCEPTED PEOPLE AGAIN

I HAVE BEEN IN THE REATURANT BUISSNESS MY ENTIRE LIFE AS A SERVER.THE LAST 10 OR SO YEARS A MANAGER NOW THAT IM OLDER NO BODY WANTS ME IN THIS FIELD SO I AM NOW A CAREGIVER FOR SENIORS AND THE DISABLED
SINCE NOT BEING IN THE RESTURANTS AND RUNNING AROUND FOR 10-12 HOURS A DAY I HAVE GAINED ALOT OF WIEGHT(AND MISSING MY PROFESSION ALOT!)
SO I AM HERE TRYING TO GET BACK IN SHAPE AND WATCH MY HEALTH AS I FEEL IT HAS DECLINDED SO MUCH THE PAST TWO YEARS IT SUCKS HITTING 50

new jouney
so tomarrow is the begining of my new jouney on akins i will not stop till i reach my goal.im also going to quit smoking i havent been on a scale for two months and i dread seeing the damage ive done since then. but it is what it is i guess
see you all on the board tomaarow YIPPY i will be logging all that goes in my pie hole lol

ive been here before
ive been here before,a couple of times ive done so so on my own but it is still easier to do it with the help of all you and seeing what i eat on paper or something. another resolution come the first im back on akins and im gonna quit smoking.i figure i can eat acceptable food choices to take the place of the cigs im rambling now but i think i just need to put it out there wish me luck and ill see you all on the skinny non smoking side very soon Very Happy

she's not losing
ok so me and my mother started this 2 weeks ago sunday i have lost 8lb she hasnt lost a one? she eats exactly what i do what could be the problem? the only meds she take is lavoxin for her thyriod
anyone have any idea whats going on?
