ok soooo.............
i measured feb 20 th and this is what it was

breast 46 1/2
waist 43
hips 46
thigh 24 1/2
arm 13 1/2
calf 16
today march 31 a little over a month later

breast 42 1/2
waist 41 1/2
hips 44
thigh 24
arm 13
calf 16

i think thats not bad for a months work im feeling pretty good hopefully it will get even better with som exercise
