I really need to get back away from the 1 piece of toast in the morning, it really sends my carb count up, its so good with the eggs however!

Substitute it with low carb recipe like 90 second microwave bread almond or coconut flour Sweetie!

Thanks, Patty, am going to try a few days of the liquid diet I was on before surgery, too see if that will get me through this platue, of no weight loss...

I use Cheese crisps - easy recipe. Makes a good egg scoop!

I noticed last night, when I put my shoes on, that some of the swelling in my feet had returned, so that may well be why I am not showing a weight loss, if I am retaining water, so started taking a water pill again, and am trying to drink for water, and green tea!
