I read that the fat cells we lose, come out in our breath, so now, whenever I dont like someone, I stand lose to them, and breath on them! :)

Average Weight Loss on the Ketogenic Diet
Typically, in the first week of the keto diet people see a very quick drop in weight — anywhere from a few pounds to as much as 10! That’s because keto causes you to initially release a lot of water weight (not fat) from drastically cutting your carb intake.
This we read everywhere. A person on keto would not gain initially.

Alan, you are on the low carb train, I am guessing. No really bad breath on other options. UGG the keto breath made me so sick to my stomach, more than I could deal with. One of the things that didn't work for me on lowcarb.

Thanks for info. This keeps me going. Because some days the scale just don't move. I drink at least 72 oz. A day of water.

charlotte_15, you should read the article i posted, and you will see that 80% of the fat cells do leave the body...of course like anything else, scientific proof is not always accurate! Scientist's are always making mistakes, and corrections!

I read the article Alan. The way I read it is that the fat cell's composition has a fat reservoir called Triglyceride. When you lose weight you break down the triglyceride. This is what it says:
Triglyceride consists of three kinds of atoms; carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, and this means that when it is broken down around a fifth of it forms water (H2O) and four-fifths becomes carbon dioxide (CO2).
The water formed may be excreted in the urine, faeces, sweat, breath, tears, or other bodily fluids and is readily replenished by drinking water.
But the exhaled carbon (in CO2) can only be replaced by eating food or consuming beverages such as fruit juice.
I was interested in reading your article as all my life I always heard that fat cells shrink and don't disappear. I read that liposuction takes away fat cells!
