dinner at 8pm. sauteed mix ofπŸ₯’πŸ†πŸŒ½πŸ₯•πŸ„ vegetables with garlic sauce (332g) + 🍚rice (128g). I'm learning to eat smaller portions (under 350 grams), but this time i couldn't say no to rice πŸ˜‹

I love rice! Rice isn't bad for you, brown, red, wild or black rice is better than white. I do occasionally opt for white, especially bismaiti or jasmine. Gains are good for your body. They are also pretty calorie friendly.
