Last week was admittedly not the best for me. PTSD was triggered and I dealt with it like I always do...eating. This week will be better though. I see my therapist and hopefully he will be able to help me control it better this time. I am going to be optimistic and try really hard to get my momentum going again.

ClassicRocker, they totally are! I'm so glad I started therapy. I think I had reached a point where I couldn't do more by myself and needed a professional to help.
