330am..45 feels like 38..raining..temps slowly falling to a high of 37 today..got up to 70s yesterday afternoon but winds were like 23 mph..yesterday was my off day from riding/training..but with the nicer weather..i just couldnt pass up a day of riding my carbon road bike outside..but boy was it a battle with the wind to keep the bike on the road..riding into the wind was like hitting a wall of wind..but once you turned an got the wind on your back..you was zipping along..monday its suppose to be back in the 70s again with rain..so just have to wait an see if i can sneak a ride in..

today its back on the trainer to get a zwift ride in..be watopia..an the volcano route..one of my favorite..got my 80 mile ave for the week in yesterday so now its all just extra miles for the week..

tried on jeans yesterday ..have a pair of 38s in the closet..they almost button ..but not yet..so close..so far away..tired on last years short jeans..they fit great..but im guessing by time spring/summer get here..they will be baggy..lol..so be going to walmart or thrift store to get something to hold me over till the next size..

man was so nice yesterday..cept for fighting the wind..but wind was a resistance on the bike that with the trainer..as you ride on zwift..the trainer adds resistance just like you would have if you was riding up a hill..but resistance you get when riding in the wind...is different..all part of riding outside an enjoying the ride..if you enjoy riding outside..then the wind is something that you have to factor in when riding..

well..getting closer to 430am..almost time to get up an start setting up the fitness room for a ride..carry laptop into the room an turn on the flat screen..get zwift up an running..take the caffeine tabs before i get dressed up an get a protein/creatine shake in my system..an get this day started the right way once again..get my adrenaline rush flowing for the morning again..burn off any excess flab while still being on a 20 hour fast..

GOTTA GO..GOTTA GO..GOTTA GO GO GO...HAVE A GREATTTTTTTT FRIDAY..

Good morning Mike... yep, it was so nice yesterday..brings a peaceful kinda feeling in me when I can get outside and it feels like everything is alive lol...Its nice to know your clothes are fitting better...boy, I love that feeling instead of the reverse..and thinking when that happens...did these shrink...lol. Its 50s here but heading to a colder temp later. My hubby and I will be heading to northern Ohio Amish country for the weekend... cooler temps low to mid 40s but nice. Have a great weekend Mike and ty for your morning post its so nice to have a friend here who is up at this time of morning too..Im off... but I awoke at 4p guess I did sleeo in 30 min.. ;)

Just got done with zwift ride...21.1 miles..1:15 on time...just seemed so much faster on trainer this morning...im sure training in the wind yesterday was good for a change...but I'm already missing the warmer temps...

I’d rather ride hills than into a stout wind....I have a ferring for my recumbent that helps a lot...riding with a partner and trading drafts helps too

Good Morning Mike, Maxi, Scott I know it's noon by your standards! lol Please don't ever stop writing your morning post it's carb free entertainment paired with my morning breakfast it motivates me! As I made it back in the house I climbed the three steps into the motorhome slowly, I murmured I'm taking tomorrow off! Reading the pedometer 8765 for the two walks I collapsed with satifaction and accomplishment. But, I wake this morning ready to get it done!

know what you mean about the wind scott..but all part of riding outside..an at same time..good resistance to build you up...even if it does make for a harder ride..

Lol Mike Im taking warm clothing...but I layer mine due to them hot flashes... you just never know when you have to peel a layer off ..we like to travel ..thats where the 7 lbs of my 21lbs gained since last year..we spent 10 days during Thanksgiving in Gatlinburg TN... well I just enjoyed myself way to much then and then Christmas time came about...can you say Miss Piggy.. oh well I will be aware of my intake and careful ... dont want to be back at where I began...new mind set...lots of W/W for me walking & water.... so that will help...thank you.. stay warm..and have a great weekend my friend;)

lol...on asking the lady for a ride home..a difference of 30 degrees today from yesterday...and I want to ride outside...
