342am...31..feels like 26...GOOOOD SATURDAY MORNIN...looking like rain is on its way today..an several days after..im trying to decide if todays gonna be a day off..or a peddling day on zwift..i was gonna take thursday off..but the weather was so nice i ended up doing a ride..so need a day off to rest up ..well really 2 days off per week..but i sometimes dont take 2..just try an listen to my body..

have 101 miles in for the week..but only 16,928 in steps..ive noticed my miles per week is increasing..i reset my riding miles yesterday per week to 90..but im sure in a couple of weeks or so il reset it again to 100 per week..

been on nashbar looking at new bib shorts..my other pair is starting to not be as comfy in the places that gets the most wear when riding a road bike..i have another pair that i have started using..like to have a backup pair always..to switch em ..lasts longer that way..

ate more carbs yesterday but didnt log it yet..but will..just seemed to be hungryier yesterday..some days are like that..figured ham an beans would be better then pita bread an peanut butter..yes weight is up some..very disappointing..but todays a new day..with wiser choices..


well...now is the time i need to decide if im riding..or taking off..or just going back to bed..lol..that hardly ever happens...but does sound good today...and just have a lazy day...
