I usually aim for once a week but can never wait that long so end up twice a week. Whatever you feel happy with. Some people like to weigh everyday whereas some prefer once a week or even less often.

I weigh once a week at the same time every week. I really don't care about the daily variances, they're completely unimportant unless you have OCD I think.

Losing weight isn't judged over the space of 24 hours unless you are micromanaging to a fanatical extent.

I weigh every day but don’t sweat the fluctuations. I plot trend on a different app. Weigh as often as you like but don’t become obsessive. Weight is just a number ... how do you FEEL?

I weigh in everyday. I need that daily reminder to eat right today because I weigh in tomorrow morning. I also use an app called Libra to keep an eye on the trend and to let me know that my diet is still working.

only ever weigh yourself once a week in the morning before anything passes your lips and after you've been to the toilet, it's the only way to get an average accurate measurement. try to eat and drink consistently the day before a weigh in to make it even better. never weigh daily as your fluid levels etc can fluctuate wildly every day and cause inconsistency of your weigh ins, which will be both confusing and demotivating

Everyone's going to have a different opinions on whether or not to weigh yourself. Here's my 2 cents. If the scale is your enemy and that number has the power to ruin your day, either don't weigh at all or limit it to once a week. If you can use the scale as a tool and that number as a tool then daily isn't a problem. I like tracking my fluctuations and I know that number is just a small peice of the puzzle. Non scale indicators are much more important anyway because the scale can't accurately tell you how much is fat, water or muscle. How do your clothes fit? How much energy do you have? Do you feel bloated or tired? Are you getting headaches? These are better indicators for whether or not your body is getting what it needs.

I only weigh when I go to the doctors’ office currently because those are official weights in my medical file. But I’m breaking down and purchasing a scale with the BMI and hydration info on it, which I want so I’ll probably be much more rigorous for awhile. LOL 🤷🏻‍♀️
