Kinda went off the rials today -- had a ton of sweets and I'm super upset/disappointed at myself. But I'm not going to let myself kept going. I'm going to get my ass to the gym and sweat off all those calories. Don't be discouraged if you mess up for one day, just don't let yourself do more than that. Push yourself to get back on track right away!

I don’t think it’s possible to sweat a binge, in a session at the gym. But yes forget about it and get back on track 😏💪🏼

For one chocolate that’s 244 calories u would have to exercise 2 hrs... that’s 1 piece of chocolate.

Again I don’t think is possible but salute to those who can sweat a binge in a session at the gym.

It may take you all week to get rid of all the sugar in your system, but if you work hard you will still get back on track. Try some intermittent fasting this week. If it makes you feel any better I had ice cream this weekend and I will be paying for it this week, but it was worth it.

Your body is going to WANT to burn off the sugars before any fat, so that should not be a problem for you. Remain active (aerobically) and focus on the sweating in your gym time.

Thanks for all the support! I know it doesn't just come off one time at the gym. It was just like the beginning of taking it off. But if I went to the gym right after it would get my mind in the correct mind set of the body I want etc
