Not to worry I have not dropped or gained and that is my big problem I think that I have to drop on a daily basis so when I do not drop I am disappointed and that is silly, be happy that you did not gain and I know I am ready for a big drop. I can see the 200 pound mark only 10 pounds away and that is great. Problem in the evening I want to eat more and I drink tea maybe I should think of more fruit or something. I just feel I have to eat.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
