I am a flat 210 and that is wonderful. I purchased a pedometer and I love this thing to tell me how many steps I walk in a day and I have to look for excuses to walk and I want to get this thing to register 12,000 steps per day and that is wonderful as with that many steps you can lose weight. Of course I cannot reward myself with a big slab of cheesecake but will reward myself with a nice book or something.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
