I was pleased to be down another pound today. Things are going well. I stick to the diet, and am feeling really well. I have more energy already, and I don't feel hungry at all. It is a bit more time consuming to shop more frequently, and plan ahead to prepare the right food and have it all ready when I need it, but it's worth it! I didn't find time to get much exercise in today. I did do 100 sit ups on my ab lounger....better than nothing.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I hope so. I worry about losing this enthusiasm over time. I'm working hard to not let that happen!

Every little bit HELPS!! You know, regardless of South Beach, expending calories is what will make a big difference... the more you move, the more you will LOSE!!! YAYAYAYA!! =D

It does get easier. Luuvd is right. It just becomes a way of life. And you get to where you don't really care about all the junk as much.

Today I let my guard down....went too long without eating (7 hours) and then dove into a bag of doritos. Egad! I ate so many! Tomorrow I'm back to being sensible. Weekends are going to be the hardest. We travel, spend time with friends and eat out often.
