Day 9 LCHF Had Low Carb flu feeling today, so I had a nice hot cup of chicken broth. It did the trick. I am staying to the plan and proud of myself. Hard to do this WOE when my husband and 19 yr old GD doesn't do the same. But, I am making it work though!
