Day 8 LCHF (Weight the same, not recording it today.)
I almost fell off of the low carb wagon last evening. I couldn't make my dinner fast enough. I was just kicking back and all of a sudden I felt so hungry. Also, at the time, my 19 yr old GD was making a chocolate lava cake in the Rock Crock and I could smell the chocolate. Oh Geez... I made it through that hiccup, but don't want a repeat. I think I may have waited to long to eat between lunch and dinner and wasn't consistent about when I was drinking my water.
I realized today that I need things to look forward to rather than just looking at my scale every morning. Loosing weight is a great thing for my body and health, but I need to do something good for my soul too!
Grateful that I am slowly getting over being sick so I can get back to my walking again.
