Will power wins!!! Took the family out to eat at Miyo's last night. Tuna Tartar over seaweed salad and Sushi... Luckily my 89 year old ate most of it since we shared a boat.. LOL

Also had Oolong tea without sweetner.

The wife had to order a caramel cheesecake for her and the little one. I then remembered I have 2 weaknesses. Lays Sour Cream and Onion and Cheesecake however I did not take a bite. I was very tempted but I made it...

Tonight I am grilling fresh fish and veggies. Then to the Gym

Very nice. I admire your will power! :) I am a HUGE fan of cheesecake as well. Idk if I could've sat there and watched that. I might've had to walk away!
