So far so good, Lost another pound... I am simply watching my calories and if I think it is bad I don't eat it.. Well if it is bad and not a lays potato chip....

I am sure at some point my weight will increase due to weight lifting but it feels good to see the scale moving. The strange spike in my weight was due to changing scales and testing after dinner instead of first thing in the morning.

Great job! Potato chips are a hard one to stop. I have this thing where I can make my own potato chips though- and they are yummy! Have you tried making your own yet?
