Low Carb Breakfast. I've been experiementing with eggs lately, so tasty topped with different veggies and cheeses.

In keeping with the theme of a Western omelet, I've been experimenting with things like Italian thems and such. So, mini pepperonis with mozzarella cheese and such. Italian sausage, peppers, onions. Theme eggs. Makes them taste so different and really opens up variety!

Wow! Looks good. I should make this today. I'm also trying to go low carb (between 5 - 25g a day at the most) I think that's how I enter KETOSIS right?

Eating eggs every day for most people ok, eating bacon every day not good, get your cholesterol levels checked!

Crookedriver: I've been keto since July. I had my cholesterol checked as part of my annual physical. I had lost 30 pounds at that point and my cholesterol DID go up 20 points-because my good HDL had gone up 20! My LDL (the bad) had gone down, along with triglycerides. My PCP is focused on my no longer being obese and my numbers are acceptable. This WOE might not be for you-but it's working well for me.

Well just imagine if you stopped eating the bacon, perhaps your numbers would be more than just acceptable. For breakfast eat oats which is well known for improving your cholesterol levels.
