@choconel This plate was just about 297 calories(bacon can vary on brand) and 2.36 carbs(2.16net carbs, one of those being from my cup of green tea)

I think the point I am trying to make here is not so much the weight of bacon its the saturated fat in the bacon that blocks up the arteries with cholesterol! While I am writing this I am eating my oats for breakfast, egg on toast later with my coffee is a whole lot better than saturated fat bacon!

The best keto breakfast!!! You have to love bacon 🤤😋 Crookedriver new studies show new info about saturated fats https://greatist.com/health/saturated-fat-healthy , the real enemy are sugar and carbs.

I agree too because, I love bacon, but my Cholesterol goes up when I eat bacon and sausage. So I try to only eat a slice maybe once a month. So be careful and let us keep those arteries clear,

Yeah it's true that studies have shown that most fats aren't as bad for you as science has previously claimed. Of course people have different metabolisms and tolerances, so what works for one person won't necessarily work for everyone.
