I feel so down . I follow the atkin program 100% and I just dont loose any weight. I am ready to give up!!!

I think you are doing well! You are losing slowly, and consistently, as far as I can see, so keep doing what you are doing. As you know, slow and steady wins the race, you will be a winner! I have much more to lose and know how hard it is, but believe me, I am NOT going to quit. Keep your chin up!

Exactly. You lost 5 pounds in your first 4 weeks on the program, or thereabouts. I'm not sure what you weigh after your second month, but weight loss - that STAYS OFF - is a process that really can't be rushed, despite our wishes! Keep logging your food; you're doing an EXCELLENT job! Did you take your measurements when you began? If not, do them now, so you'll be able to see the differences as you go along. Sometimes, the scale is a bit behind our body's dimensions. Don't despair and don't quit....we all go through times like these. Just focus on how great it is to have lost the weight you've lost already and how great it will be when the next pound falls. With the way you're following the program, it WILL happen!
