Not a football fan and couldn't even tell you who is playing. I know that is very unpatriotic for a Texan but I have never liked football. So I will be reading while dh watches, if he watches. He is not a big football fan either. Hope you have a great day and I will look to see what snacks are suggested. Personally, I love nachos because they leave me feeling satisfied and not just wanting more.

Patriots! Tom Brady! Bill Belichick! Not just because I'm from Boston, but because there in an awesomeness in this combination! Whatever the outcome this is gonna be one helluva a game! Serving baked cream cheese poppers! No beer, no cheats just alot of screaming with anticipation!

Well Ginger sweetie it doesn't matter. I will retire after half time but hubby and my daughters bf are huge sports fans..for them I will make the chili dog pinwheel tray I wrap up hotdogs in the cresent roll wraps cut the wrap in half length wise.. hotdogs I cut them in thirds ..wrap individually and then set in upright position in a large iron skillet two or three rows deep.. leaving the center open and large enough for a small bowl I put it in there after the baking its for the chili its to dip them in.. I bake at 350 until slightly brown take out of oven then sprinkle cheddar cheese all over them put back in oven until cheese is melted then take out of over I then put the warmed up chile in bowl..my crew loves the Cincinnati chili so that a cinch... byt it and warm it up..place bowl in center and there you go...A Super Bowl fave here...;)

Didn't realize until this week that the superbowl was today. Didn't know who was playing until yesterday when my landlord told me while he was de-snowing the sidewalk. We decided we are supporting the Eagles because Wentz moved here to North Dakota as a kid an went to ND State university. But yeah not watching. Some of the food fare mentioned is what I typically eat anyway. Had bbq wings, cauliflower mash and bacon yesterday. Today bbq drumsticks, bacon, I'll make some guacamole if the avocados are ripe. Even though i shouldn't be having dairy I bough some awesome looking goats cheese with truffles and might try it with some pork rinds. Just a regular sunday here.

And regular Sundays are the best imo... I really am just in search for today little favorite bites to snack on or party type foods low carb just because I'm doing keto but any input is welcomed ...you have several and I appreciate your time and effort to post.. enjoy your Sunday sweetie;)

Love, love, love, love The Patriots. Super Bowl Sunday is a huge day for us. We're going to a friends house. He smoked brisket, wings and ribs. I made coleslaw, salsa with celery sticks, edamame and stuffed jalapeños. Will stay on plan. Unfortunately that means no alcohol, so I just drink seltzer with a little splash of cranberry.

I'm gonna stay on track, but it curves, but will still stay under my 20 carbs a day! That's a celebration

Oh, for a drink a little vodka and diet tonic. That's a sipper drink for sure

I love college football but have never enjoyed professional football. My friend works for the Eagles and would certainly expect me to be cheering for them but I can’t do that for an organization that would hire michael Vick. I am a dog lover. So - no Celebratory foods here.

Good morning too. I relate, I get up at 3a for work, but catch up on sleep with naps and on weekends. I hope to stick to my calorie count today. I am motivated because I lost 5 pounds since starting with this site. Hugs.
