A drop for me... I'm surprised!..
Im very sensitive to sodium intake so I'm very surprised ... I had tons of pork rinds during the game last night...tons... lol.
Contemplating on no carb days incorporated into my plan...
Also began my stretching routine and I began doing my callanetics again..
its difficult for me in the beginning but 21 days and its a habit.
Water needs to become a better habit... in need of making up some kind of charting sheet somewhere in my journal so I'm aware of my intake.
Hope you all enjoyed your weekend...post please and inform me if you stayed on or off plan.
I stayed on my plan... even stayed and didn't touch that delicious looking chili dog pinwheel platter...Well to be truthful.. I touched it but I just picked a small piece of melting cheese from it that's all lol ...I love melted cheese;)
147.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wtg Sis wtg, so happy for you! Yes stayed on my plan, I think preplanning is the key for me. Journaling my meals ahead goes hand in hand with preplanning them. Here's to a great week everyone!

You're hysterical, @Maxie4 (touching the cheese)! I threw a triple birthday party yesterday and was likewise successful in sticking to the plan, and it DOES take planning! A suggestion on the water: Get two 1-liter water bottles (like Dasani). Fill them up at the beginning of the day (you don't have to keep buying the expensive stuff -- I refill mine from the fridge or from a gallon of Distilled water). Just keep pouring from them into your cup until they're both empty. To break it down, if you're awake and drinking for just 12 hours of the day, you need to shoot for a little over 5 oz per hour. At first, I had to set a phone alarm every half hour and drink a little less than 3 oz every time it went off. That helps until you get used to it. There's also a new challenge that started today called NO BAD FOODS, which has a Mini-Challenge of 64oz of water per day. It's only for 4 weeks, and joining that might help you to establish the water habits you're striving for. Anyway, great job this week!

Thank you DO N OK...I appreciate your support... but I'm still a little jealous of your location Been trying to coax hubby to move back to Florida..we were not married when he lived there.. he lived off of the intracoastal in Palm Coast...trying to lure him back by attending the boat show in Cincy a few weeks ago beautiful boats.....he misses his boat...lol;)

I have a extra 2 lbs this morning after eating all the food at a super bowl party , probably water weight from salty stuff....oh well, it was only one day and it will go away by tomorrow. I overloaded on carbs, which is not difficult to do with party food. However, getting bsck into ketosis will take a few days
