Woot! Another five pounds down this week! That is good news. However this is no time to rest. Fifteen pounds is a good start but I still have a way to go to reach my goal of 190lbs. :-)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
