Happy Hump Day. We had a nice refreshing rain last night so I think I am ready for anything.
I was going to try to add some Greek Yogurt into my diet, but searched hard in two stores and cannot find plain Greek yogurt - it is all non-fat. I had to settle for a low fat regular yogurt.
Got to get back to work!

Yogurt with some s/f preserves is yummy! Can't have a lot, but it's still some added variety. Have a great day, Buffy.

Yummy, yummy fresh berries, my latest favorite has been fresh strawberry, blueberry & raspberry drizzled with Kraft Signature Mango Chipolte Vinaigrette, (I just know I didn't spell that right!), it is a little sweet, with just a little kick & I really like it on fresh berries!!

GG - I noticed Kraft has a bunch of new dressings out. Need to start trying them.

Interesting. Are either the Greek yogurt or the dressings low glycemic? They do sound good though

Heather - The Greek yogurt has a higher protein content, thus lower glycemic. For the salad dressing, the yogurt is substituted for Mayo.
