still no loss...another goal not met. ๐Ÿ˜ข but I'm not giving up, never again
164.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think I followed you since 2011... I couldn't lose for the longest time... I was 245lbs on Nov 30... I started doing Apple Cider Vinegar every day when I first wake up and before going to bed... In addition to that, I only eat Salmon or Chicken for lunch... But the Apple Cider has helped me a lot... And ever since, I'm 220lbs...! I swim for 30min every night at 24h fitness :) I was really frustrated for months... Good luck!
