Grew up surfing, never had problems with weight and maintained that on 170 lbs until I went to college, where I gained 17 lbs.
After that, started working but I used public transportation for 1 year and half, so maintained the 187 lbs for the next 4 years... (NYC trans)...
Moving to California was a disaster :) when it comes to my weight... Driving a car every day, no exercises, no surfing... (San Francisco)... Reached 239 lbs in 5 years... Very random exercises and surfing... But last year, it was the worst of my life living a completely sedentary life...
May 25, 2011, I purchased the Dukan diet book with my ex-girlfriend and we started doing the diet... The first time it worked for me and I will only stop when I go back to my weight before college :)
