Hang in there! It seems there were some good suggestions to break a stall from your last journal entry. Maybe weigh on your regular day and if you are still stalled, try one idea? Egull1 had some great ideas in her journal a few months back; maybe read some of her ideas? I hate to see you agonizing!

May I suggest trying to reach a goal of 4.0 miles per hour walking, bringing it up slowly perhaps .1 or .2 whenever possible? This is what a Dr. Kenneth Cooper an American doctor says. I congratulate you as you have done exceptionally well. I hope you don`t mind the suggestion.

Yes , Screaming helps... @ Charlotte: I love the suggestions...I can get very stuck...so thank you so much. @Horseshu- Thank you for being here....you have become my touch stone! @ From371to84....Have you every considered "Stand Up". You are very very good...I mean it....I laugh right out loud....and that is always good.
