Went to a spaghetti dinner this afternoon and didn't eat anything there! Everyone else ate spaghetti and meatballs and then had peach pie with whipped cream, I just brought diet soda along and got criticized by someone it was bad for me (of course it is) but I think the woman just felt guilty for overstuffing herself and needed to take it out on me as I ate nothing there. Many of the people there were overweight as you can expect... I feel better not pigging out and realize now I can enjoy people's company and food doesn't have to be the reason for me to gather with others... I DID IT!!! And didn't pig out!!!

LOL. Of course she criticized you, but diet soda is better for you than that plate of pasta you didn't eat. I consider even diet soda a "treat" to be used sparingly. She probably was just feeling guilty. Good job not letting it affect you and resisting. You are doing awesome!
