One suggestion switch the diet tea to "unsweetened" tea! Nice lunch!

Diet has artificial sweeteners, unsweetened does not!

I eat a lot of almonds. Buy them in the bulk food section at a grocery store with tons of bulk food bins. Buy them chopped and also whole almonds, raw. Also chopped walnuts.

Agree sweeteners are those hidden calories!
