Okay so yesterday was a write off! Shopping with girlfriends cake for lunch and then just eating whatever at night. Today I had big protein breakfast and will stick to the plan. Thinking maybe I can have one 'cheat' meal a week. Then I need to get straight back on track but maybe if I can do this I wont feel like I am missing out too much. With Mothers Day coming up this weekend I am going to try out my theory. Good all week then 'cheat' meal sunday lunch. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....
