Feeling annoyed. I have lost 1 kilo over a month. I have been fairly good with my calories and going to the gym 4 times a week and walking 1/2 with dogs 5 times a week. I do feel better but I was hoping for a 3 kilo loss at this stage. I think I will drop 200 calories off my day and try for 1800 calories a day. I will weigh in next week to see if there is any difference. phoohey....

Yay! the mum/hospital trauma is over. She came out surgery well and today she goes home. I feel like I can focus again. I had a good day yesterday but didn't record. I am really enjoying the gym, this has surprised me actually. Concentrating on making healthy choices and recording my daily eats as I still don't trust that I can eat the right amount of calories on my own..... yet. Feeling positive :)

Was doing great yesterday then had to spend 4 hours at the hospital with mum got hungry bought a sandwich and biscuit ate that because I was hungry but also streeeeeeessssed. not good news for mum. more tests this week. I still went to the gym. and didn't do too bad with my food.
