Another morning session in the gym. Got the full hour in today and caught the earlier train so had time for my usual walk into work as well.
The only downer is that I feel so much more lively and energised afterwards, that sitting at my desk for the next 9 hours is like Chinese water torture! Grrr! Love having more energy and feeling brighter, but I don't like sitting here feeling twitchy and itching to be moving about. Still, has brought another food deamon to the forefront...boredom eating!
I recoginse the fact I am not actually hungry (hooray!), but I seem to be trying to convince myself that I am, just to have something to pass the time!
*sigh* There's some really super exciting admin work that needs doing, so I guess I'm going to have to turn my attention to that instead. Wish I was outside enjoying the sunshine!
