Got myself to the gym for a pre-work session this morning.
I knew I'd enjoy it but dragging myself out of bed the required number of hours early is hard! Didn't quite leave myself enough time and only fit in 45 minutes and had to forgo my usual walk in from the station. Still, feel really good for it and I get my evening free.
Now I know how long I need to give myself, I think I'll make the morning my default gym time for the weeks I'm on lates. Probably means I'll feel more like slinging in an extra session or two as well.
