Half way through my challenge to build from a walk to a jog and I've decided on my next challenge. I'll be signing up for the Race for Life. 5K on 6th June. The time frame is perfect. I'll have finished the 6 week walk/jog program I set myself and will have 8 weeks to build up to running (well, jogging/lumbering) a 5K. Really excited and can't wait to achieve something I will have never been able to do before.
Ah! Half day in the office today, I am outta here in 25 minutes! The weekend starts here :-)
