Yet another month of non existant food or exercise logging.
I haven't even weighed in after a 2lb blip at the beginning of August.
If I want to succeed, I have to do these things. I need to see my progress, good or bad so I can adjust things accordingly.

My only hope for a saving grace is the meals I prepared at the end of last month to take to work with me. Also haven't really been snacking during the week, mostly sticking to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not neccessarily the best way to do things but it makes it easier to keep in mind what I've eaten during the day. Thinking about it though this has been something of a catch 22 - although I'm sticking to just having a pre-portioned, healthy, veg packed, home cooked meal, I've little idea of how many calories are in them due to not paying enough attention or working it out when I made them.
Anyway, I'll see how that's worked out but I suspect not all that well.

Also started cycling in preperation (although I'm convinced no where near enough preperation) for the Paris to London ride. Again, hopefully this has gone some way to stabalising counteracting any over eating. At any rate I feel fitter for it.

Judgement day is nigh. Might as well see the week through with the current blind experiment as there's still some lunches to finish off, but weigh in on Saturday morning and then back to logging everything properly on Tuesday.

Today I will refresh my goals and strategies and revamp my exercise diary so I have a clear simple guide to stick to day to day as I did when I started out.
