Keenly aware, this morning, how much insulating power that FAT has... toes and hands still cold after the two block walk from the car - air temp: 28 degrees (F). Perhaps it's time to find the US Army surplus gloves and thermal socks? Those weekday walks will have to be of the mid-afternoon variety - when it's supposed to hit 50 degrees (F). Stay warm, y'all!

I once heard that being cold burns more calories as your body shivers to warm itself up....let’s hope that’s true! Lol. Hang on to that thought for cold days like this. Bundle up and stay warm!
