Went to dinner at a friends place last night...it wasn't in the plans, but it's nice to be sociable. So we went over for some BBQ & beverages...if I could have skipped the beer life (diet) would be fine, but 7 beer later...RDI is now 125%, oops...I can be quite a dumbass sometimes.

Oh well, my march toward my goal starts today...35lbs off by August 29th, my gift to myself! That will put me under 190lbs and I will feel pretty good about myself if I reach the goal...doesn't have to be by my birthday, but it would be nice.

I have today planned, so today will be good...(not buying any beer!)
