Looking back on April, I have had a low self control month...there are only a few days that I was under my RDI...not helping!

I'm going to have to spend some time each evening and plan out the next days food intake...every meal & snack...wifey wants to participate and has joined FatSecret, but she only does it from her iPhone...so no buddying her I guess...

I'm going to start using my slow cooker and my oven and timer more often for dinners, so that I don't feel so rushed after work everyday. That isn't helping me cook healthy choices, I'm just falling into old habits again...getting lazy. And I need to kick start the exercise routine again, I haven't really exercised since I was out of town at the end of March...

Back to the original plan of...large breakfast, decent lunch & light dinner with snacks in between and a light snack before bed (eat 6 times in a day)...trying to keep my calories around 2000 like I was when I was making good progress...I haven't plateau'd, I've stopped putting effort in!

Now posterchild66 is ahead of me, and that's gotta change...I'm coming for ya buddy!!
