Took the dog for a run on the bike with my daughter...dog was a pain in the ass, so after about 2km I took the dog home (kept running in front of the bike and turning around to see if I was coming, almost hit him at least 10 times...stupid dog!)

Then my daughter and I went for a nice ride down to the coffee shop, had a coffee (it was terrible, won't go there again...and $6.40 for a coffee & hot chocolate?? WTF) It was a great ride, not very long, but fun. 8kms of quality time with my teenager...gotta make that happen more often so that she doesn't grow apart from Dad!!

Diet wise, I hit my RDI target yesterday...still more than I wanted, but it was a decent food day. The plan worked, but I ate more roast beef than I maybe should have...Mmmmm, yummy!!
