If you are watching Sodium intake, use less sauce or maybe a low sodium sauce. 1/4 cup (4TBSP) is 760mg of sodium. If you are trying less calories use less Tofu 1/2 block is 175 calories (for this brand). It is quite filling and can take the place of meat, I prefer mine pan fried with a little spray oil until browned on at least 2 sides of each cube. It makes it taste more like meat to me.

for crispy tofu and flavorful tofu, try this; (preheat over to 400) drain tofu using paper towels and something heavy to press down on it for about 15mins(change towels as they get soaked) chop into cubes, then use parchment paper to line a baking pan. bake 25-35 minutes depending on texture preference. remove from oven and let it sit out to dry for 45mins more. then use the tofu as you wish in your typical stir-fry or add any sauces you like, this prep may seem a bit over to the top but it really does make a difference!
