Biggest Loser Diet

losing 0.4 lb a week
I'm 18 and have a average middle class life. I have a wonderful boyfriend of almost 9months that supports me in almost everything (except robbing liquor stores lol). I'm a full blown dork who likes to be around people and animals. not sure what i want in life but if i lose weight im sure it'll be much clearer once the junk food brainclouds are gone!

would like to know some successfull workout routines
i dont have a fitness routine in yet and would like tips and advice. heres what i would like to do:
have oatmeal for breakfast (before or after a workout?)
id like to warm my muscles and prep the heartrate first with jumprope followed by stretching ( my old PE coach says this is best time to stretch but id like more opnions on it)
then do as much walking and jogging and sprinting as possible (my old score was 1 mile in 1 hour)
i dont have my strength training in yet because i have yet to make or buy any weights yet. i would alternate cardio and strength training days for 5 days and just walk on the weekends.
this is what our PE class did and i lost 40lbs in one year without realizing it was the PE class, since i was not actively dieting, now that its all back id like to get opnions on it and spice it up so ill want to wake up early to accomplish it.
also has anyone tried using a friend as a weight? they have some vids on youtube of it, using the friends weight and resistance instead of a benchweight or leg presses, id like to do this so i dont have to join a gym
thank you!

300lbs at 20 years old NEEDS MOTIVATION
i think im doing better at tacobell lately, before i would order
1-2 chalupas and a beefy cheesy potatoe burrito
now i order a chicken fresco soft taco which is 140cals i think and a 5 layer burrito which is 500. i had a small bowl of cereal for breakfast, dont know the cals of it though looked like tiny cherrios lol
but thats all ive eaten today i had a few sips of dr pepper i think a half cup would be a estimate.
as for burning it i havnt gotten anything planned but in spirit of my new running shoes i got today i did a light jog to empty the dryer and bring it back and my heart was happy and pounding hard with such a short distance, it gave me a minimotivation moment
again thank you all so much for the advice im really soaking it in and putting it into practice this time!

help with food
all of the advice so far is great, my advice might be more mental though. what is your version of being full? my version was im not full until my stomach is so large it hurts! then i would snack and binge until i got that "sastifying" feeling again. my stomach has no doubt become larger due to it. what im doing to change that is; im drinking 4cups of water before each meal, then
without distractions
NO TV!!! i am eating as slow as possible, no double bites before the first is gone, making whatever im eating into a liquid as much as possible, and after a bite i put whatever im eating down or put the fork down. its tedious but i usually eat with company so i talk alot. just try and listen to your stomach, because it tries to tell us were full but i think our daily lives cloud up the communication.

Any dog loving buddies?
i wish walking my Stafford shire bull terrier Allison was fun but shes almost 2 in april and has some awful "dog manners". always pulling, always insane when a cat, squirrel, or other dog comes withing eyesight. right now i go to big abandoned fields and let her dig as a way to tucker her out she can do that for half the day if her nails would let her, i walk around the field and she follows behinds sniffing anything and everything and its enjoyable for both of us, i tried a squirtbottle and she listens when on a leash walk but any distractions and its a free for all, she learns she just doesnt listen LOL
