I used some great links yall have posted on calorie calculators but I forgot to save the links. I do 1818 but I've lost some and wanted to lower it. Thanks in advance everyone Smile

Calorie counting
I've been eating absolute junk and still feel better, I just don't go over my caps of corse. I haven't even left the house in 4 days and still feel the fat thinning out. Mind you I've been big all my life and I am over 200 lbs.

beans and cooking them
I soaked them and cooked on high for 5 hours. I seasoned with oregano, cumin, onion, and pork neck ones. They came out with little flavor. I'll have to throw them on the stove to get more flavor, I was thinking lard instead of oil? Would canola oil do a decent job on flavor?

So I'm going to soak overnight tonight and put it on low in the morning. I won't flavor them with anything cause till they're done cooking. Thanks everyone Smile

I soak them overnight and cook on high for 5-6 but I did salt them so maybe that's why. If I cook them in just water could I throw them on the stove and add flavor from there? I don't have a pressure cooker but its on my list Smile so I should boil first then slow cook it next time or should keep overnight soak?
