Weighed today, same as 3 days ago, bummer... Anyway I will not be put off or distracted by this, keep on eating properly, will put down everything I eat in the diary and keep on with the exercise, it has to work eventually!
Mini goal - lose 5 kilos end of May, 5 weeks away.
Definately do-able.
