Okay, after being away carb binging I am now back and on track. Started on my exercycle again, yay! and cutting out all sugar. Two weeks ago when I was cleaning out my clothing I found 3 diaries from previous years gone by. All of them were food diaries, writing down everything I ate and my weight in all of them was about the same as I am now. That was really depressing. I just made me think about how much time and effort goes into trying to lose and all I do is go round and round. Not this time, I am determined to get to 100 kilo in the next 3 months. But first a 5 kilo loss is my mini goal.
Tried the Paleo for two days, I missed my dairy! Sorry I will stick to Atkins
