I don't do the bulletproof coffee. Just heavy Cream in my coffee. :) It's just an omelette with kale and pepperoni. Then I make a cheese crust on the pan. Just throw shredded cheese till it hardens.

Yum, sounds and looks good! And @Tonywindley I'm reminded of a quote from Toy Story... "You are a sad, strange little man. And you have my pity." Sorry you feel the need to be negative to others for no reason.

Recommendation: "breakfast" "lunch" "dinner" with Keto is no more :) You should be eating only when hungry and when hunger strikes, drink water until you can't handle the hunger anymore. I am now on one meal per day around 11am and occasional/rare 1 snack around 7pm. Need to fast between meals. If you are getting hungry too often, increase fat intake per meal.

@lilfatskape you're right, i left it on bit too long on one side. It looks dark on the outside but it serves it's purpose and it wasn't burnt. Some days are better than others. :)
