I am no disappointed no matter what I do I can't lose this weight. I am not eating as much. I am working for 10 hours 5 days a week at a desk job. I know that is not helping, but I just don't have the energy or will power to work out after work. I have even tried to get up and work out before work, but that puts me getting up at 4am. Any ideas or suggestions?

Get educated about what your body needs for fuel. it’s not about eating less, it’s about eating the right things. And don’t fall for the, “but I eat healthy “ shenanigans I did for over a decade 😥 Too much/overeating healthy food will make you gain weight too. This app is amazing, learn to utilize it.

Oh yes, don’t... do not drink your calories unless you’re “cheating “ or your ok with consuming too many calories.

Fruits have carbs, sugar...I had to limit my fruit to 1 a day. I use to eat at least 5-6 fruits a day...saying oh but they are healthy 😅 I also use to weight 70 lbs more

Just cut out the sugars and grains. Get all your carbs from veggies and nuts. Macros should be 70% fat 20% protein and 10% carbs.

Lynn, schedule stand up breaks during your work day. every 30 minutes get and walk around your office. squat, lunge, stretch, do desk pushups, anything helps. Try to take the stairs when you can, walk at lunch, park far away from the door. Dont eat less just eat better & drink plenty of water. Make the best of your time off, hike, bike, swim. do what you can and dont be too hard on yourself, it'll happen.

Eat more at breakfast & lunch. Eat little or nothing at dinner. No snacks after dinner.

try keto with intermittent fasting

Wow! You sound exactly like me. I work 5am to 3pm. No time to work out. I even tried working out in the morning before I go to work like you said. And yet no weight loss at all! It frustrated me alot. It's weird to think that someone is going through the same thing as me. Last week I tried this "diet" thing. and today I weighed myself and BOOM! 2pounds down. I'm super excited. And the diet is super easy to do especially since I work alot. I don't know if you know about intermittent fasting, but it works very well. You basically fast for 16 hrs to let your body disgust the previous food. Then you can eat what ever you want for 8 hrs. Eat what ever but still have a calorie deficit. For me it's easy because I have two break time at work. One at 9am and the other at 12. Then when I get home I just eat 1 more meal before my eating time ends. So my eating time is from 9am to 5pm, but on weekends I push it to 1pm to 9pm so I can eat out with my friends on weekends. I hope this helped you a little. It really worked for me. You can do some more research on it yourself if you need more information. FIGHT ON! YOU CAN DO IT! DON'T GIVE UP!

I have started Isogenix and I’m losing. First month I’ve lost 15#. What I’m finding is that the protein shakes fill me up. I have two shakes per day and about 1 gallon of water a day and I eat one healthy meal in the afternoon. You can do this less expensively and find whey shakes, I found that two scoops and coconut milk or water with shakes. Water is your key. Protein and low carbs is key! Low carb vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower) and fruits such as oranges, apples and strawberries are good low sugar fruits. Good Luck to you.

Also.... more reps less weight and cardio is your key in the gym.

Diet first and foremost, a calorie deficit is required to burn fat...how you get there is entirely up to you, whether LCHF, CICO, IF or ????.....As far as exercise goes, I'll Ditto Valerieagoodin; intentionally incorporating activity into your work day and everyday activities will make a huge difference in the long run. Also check out adding some home exercises & activity before and/or after Dinner...even something as simple as a short walk keeps your metabolism humming. Take care & Good luck!!

Years ago my doctor said a study was done on executives who sat all day. They drank 10 to 12 glasses of water a day and started losing weight. You could do squats and jumping jacks at home while your dinner cooks.

Go on FB and find the group called Common Sense Keto. Jack McAnespy is a Keto coach and is very knowledgeable, backing every since thing he recommends with scientific proof. Calorie deficits are wrong to do; increase your fat and you likely need to lower your protein to about 50-60 gms. Carbs should be counted 20gms total (not net). I hope this helps!

Also, don’t worry about calories except that you don’t get too low. Jack addresses this in his FB group. 😬
