VA exercise physiologist gave me a new toy today... got to get stepping apparently - wow, I NEVER would've thought to do so, all on my own. (Okay, rant over, I'll start playing nice.)

I need a pedometer because I never carry my phone and I don’t ever get an accurate average of weekly steps in 👎

i walk an average of 7-8000 steps daily. on my most active days i walk over 10,000 steps

"CapMan" - hilarious! @seale33 - let me know if it is different than mine, okay? @mamamc7 - these $15 pedometers aren't as accurate as you'd think, I still use GoogleMaps to determine my distances. @ADANNA67 - most Americans walk only about 3,000 steps per day (shocking, isn't it?)

I'm a step counting junkie, I've been wearing one for over 2 years, I strive to make my step goal at all costs. Walking and jogging have become a way of life for me and a regular part of everyday life. I hope it helps you also
