so close, just 20 pounds to go. if i already lost 50 how hard could this be?
145.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This might be the hardest part. And maintaining isn't a piece of cake, either! It's all a process...you're doing it!

I lost 50 + and all of a sudden it got harder. It's okay to rest a bit but the next loss takes a wee bit more discupline and mixing it up a bit. Go for it!
