I had a really bad sweet tooth last night. I think after reading Sandy's longings for sweeteners, Paula's jonesing after birthday cake and GG's new muffin recipes, I finally snapped.

Ended up making some flax pancakes with sugar free syrup. They really hit the spot.

Got to get off here - got to burn off all those calories from yesterday!

Well you had the "sweet tooth" last night, I had the "mexican mouth" last night... not to worry doesn't happen often -:D)

LOL Buffy..sweet teeth are hard to take care of..but you did it and in a good way..you coulda ate a big piece of cake..your doing wonderful...sooo proud of you...now get to work on burning those cals off woman...:O)

LOL...Buffy...you did good...really, really good! You had good for you pancakes, not the real ones & you had SF syrup too! I am so proud of you! But, Crackin' That WHIP on you....& me too, nothing is getting done while we type! Well, except supporting each other & that is really important!

I almost caved to a chocolatey end this weekend. I just kept telling myself that I was not hungry and that the bag of chocolate covered peanuts was NOT worth 800+ calories!

I'm so sorry Buffy....I didn't want anything I write to be a trigger for ANYBODY!! But, at least you had the OK kind of foods to (hopefully) satisfy that craving. So give yourself credit for finding acceptable alternatives!
