Wow! I thought my journal entry was private. I had no idea! Thank you all for your support. I am giving Keto a try. I haven’t eaten beef or pork since June 1, 2017 but Keto diet eats a LOT of meat. Tonight I caved in and ate beef. I normally just eat fish and chicken. My husband is tying to gain weight and he can’t...here honey take some of mine! Anyway, I appreciate all your support, wow! I won’t give up bread so am going to make Keto bread, found a recipe that looks good. Again thank you all, this is encouraging and sorry if I offended anyone by saying damn...I thought I was writing a private journal entry. So our journals are not private? Yikes!

Actually, Trishy1966, the journals can be private. Provided you can locate the correct click box in your settings, I think. I joined almost two years ago and made my settings so that only the person(s) following me could see everything.

If you go to "My Settings", you can change your Preferences...the "Share My: Weight, Journal & Calendar" line has a drop down box where you can toggle "Keep Private"

Sorry you did not intend to share but thankful you did. This journey can get lonely at times and it's nice to know there are others battling, struggling, succeeding, gaining and losing with you.

Sara Lee Delightful Breads has 13 Net Carbs for 2 slices. Whole Wheat or Multi Grain. I am on LCHF and have this bread a couple times per week. Although when I do eat grains I prefer them Non GMO.

You can change your settings but we all love seeing everyone's journey and supporting each other!! I choose not to do Keto because I LOVE my bread and I'm not a huge meat eater at all. seafood and chicken usually. occasional beef. family loves meat unfortunately! LOL

You can set it to private. I did mine, because I was getting too many comments I found ...unnecessary and not encouraging. --- You don't have to go full-on keto; I lost a LOT of bulk doing low-ish carb, including dense rye bread once or twice a week. --- Glad you're here!
