I lost 65 lbs on Atkins about 10 yrs ago, but didn't keep it off. I'm doing my own modified version of a high protein regimen. Feel free to check it out...

Any Meal Plan Suggestion for a Sedentary Worker?
Snacks I take to work: Light String Cheese, Fresh Fruit, 100 Calorie Snacks (there's a wide variety out there), Nonfat Yogurt, Fruit Cups/Applesauce, Peanuts, Boiled Egg, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread...High protein snacks are great because protein curbs your appetite and will satisfy your hunger more quickly than other snacks. It also helps to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Good luck!

So frustrated!
Just as a quick piece of encouragement, 1 to 2 lbs per week is considered a healthy pace of weight loss...
I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle, desk work 6 days a week. Not much exercise, but I've had fairly good luck with my program. If you'd like to check it out, feel free.

It helps keep me accountable. It's a real eye opener when you actually see everything you eat! It's amazing how quickly those calories can add up...

Hunger!!
A few things I have found helpful: -Keep sports bottle of water with you and sip constantly throughout the day. (I have a 32oz bottle & I'm up to 4 a day now, it can be done) -Increase low fat, low cal protein (protein helps you feel full) -Don't be afraid to snack. A healthy snack helps curb your appetite between meals & helps you not crave lg portions at meal time.
